Tea & Chat (T&C)
Sometimes one of the challenges following a bereavement can be to find a way back into a daily routine. All around, peoples’ lives seem to be moving along as if nothing has happened.
Difficult as it can be to stay in touch with others, it’s important not to become too isolated – but where to begin?
T&C is a drop-in cafe session inside the Church building, from 2-3pm on the second Wednesday of the month.
T&C is run by volunteers with personal experience of bereavement. It offers no solutions – just a welcoming space and a chat with others in the same boat.
