All Souls Service
Once a year, in early November, we hold a special evening service during which there is an opportunity to light a candle in remembrance of a loved one.
The service is well attended, and many people seem to find it helpful.
We will therefore write to you with an invitation in the October following the funeral – unless the funeral has taken place very recently (September onwards), in which case we will defer writing to you until the following year.
As Time Goes By
For practical reasons we will only be able to send you a written invitation to one Memorial Service following the funeral.
However for some people this Service becomes such a helpful milestone that they choose to attend year by year.
Please do continue to come for as many years as seems good to you - you'll be made welcome.
